Whether you’re planning a small intimate affair or a big celebration, this day centres around you and your love for each other will I’ll record in a relaxed and authentic way. There are no awkward poses, we’ll simply document your day as it unfolds, from the sentimental details to moments of pure joy and laughter with you and your guests, so your gallery will help you relive your day over and over again.
My wedding packages are detailed below but I love hearing about your plans so do get in touch if you’d like more information and to arrange a call. I only take a limited number of weddings per year to ensure I can provide the very best service to my couples so please enquire early to avoid disappointment.
All wedding packages include:
– A pre-wedding meet or video call 1 month before your big day (I like to get to know my couples)
– Professionally edited images in both colour and black and white
– A selection of previews within 48 hours of your day
– A private online gallery which will stay live for 6 months for you to share with friends & family
– The option to add a couples shoot and/or second photographer
– The option to order prints, albums and photo gifts directly from your gallery

There is no event too big or too small where I cannot help you capture timeless memories. If you’d like to focus on enjoying your next celebration, where it’s a Christening, naming day, birthday party or baby shower, I will build a bespoke package based on your needs and objectives.

It’s never too early to book. As soon as you’ve secured your date and venue, I recommend getting in touch as I tend to book 12-18 months in advance and key summer weekends are always secured quickly.
Yes, I require 10% to secure the date in the diary.
As far as you need me to! I cover weddings in the UK and overseas. I charge additional travel costs for wedding in excess of 2 hours travel from Biggleswade. If you’re getting married abroad, I will need to add the costs of my flights and accommodation to the final quotation.
If you decide you’d like me to stay for the wedding party and capture all the dance moves (which is great fun!) I charge £175 per extra hour.
Absolutely! If you have more than 100 guests or you would also like to capture the groom getting ready, I recommend having a second photographer – this is charged at £400.
Yes, I do! It’s a great idea to spend some time with me in front of the camera before your big day so you can see how I work, and get used to being photographed together as a couple. This will help you so much to relax on your wedding day. Where locations allow, I also like to meet my couples face to face at least one month before the big day, so this is a good time to get some relaxed shots of you together in a place that means something to you both.
I aim to have your full gallery delivered to you within 8 weeks of your big day, however I will share a small selection of previews within 24 hours.
Yes, on your gallery is a store where you can directly order additional gorgeous high quality photo albums, gifts and prints.

She was friendly and professional and she was fantastic with our 2 year old son and managed to get some beautiful pictures of him, both posed and natural pictures while he was playing. Caroline made us feel at ease and guided us through how to sit/stand to get the best angles. She worked in a small space (our living room) but you wouldn’t know from the pictures, she was so clever in using the light and the available furniture to get the loveliest pictures.

We've had previous experience with family photography and were not impressed with it. Caroline has changed our minds completely! She was able to capture beautiful photos in a short amount of time. She made us feel comfortable and was great with our toddler! Her little studio is perfect and just what you need. The pictures have a homely feel to them, yet very professional. We couldn't recommend her enough and will go back if we ever do another photoshoot!

JackieI have used Caroline to capture 2 of the most special events in my life - firstly our wedding in Thailand in June 2023, and most recently for a maternity shoot as we look forward to welcoming our baby in a few months time. As somebody who is quite self-conscious in front of the camera, I have never really liked professional photos of myself, but when I saw the results of Caroline's work I was absolutely blown away! She has a way of really making you feel at ease during the shoot, taking away any awkwardness with her friendly and cheerful manner.
